I was raised in Gardnerville, Nevada, and I have lived in Reno since 2007. I graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Communications, with an emphasis on Public Relations. That background helps me communicate clearly and listen carefully to the people I serve.

I am married to a firefighter with the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District. I have two children and a golden retriever. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and running. These are the kinds of experiences that help me better understand the day to day lifestyle of many neighbors in our community. 🏞️🏃‍♀️🚵‍♂️⛷️
